Apply for Staff
All new staff and subject to a probationary period of two weeks to decide if they are a good fit for the role. After the two weeks, they will work together with senior management to decide if they are still a good fit for the role and if they wish to continue as a fully onboarded staff member. All staff members automatically receive all perks from our VIP and MVP tiers along with privileges relating to their role in-game

-Help verify new users
-Uphold the discord specific rules
-Apply bans to users that are not following the Discord Rules
-Answer user questions to the best of your abilities
-Raise any concerning issues to the Mod and Admin team
Helpers have no in-game duties. The helper rank has access to /fly in-game as a privilege.

Social Media Manager Duties
-Copy and Pasting a premade advertisement on 2-4 forums per day
-Manage the AXO:LOTL Instagram
-Manage the AXO:LOTL twitter
-Report back to staff channels after completion of tasks
-Help brainstorm new ways of bringing in new users
Social Media Managers have no in-game duties. The Social Media Manager has access to /fly in-game as a privilege.

Mod Duties
-Help verify new players.
-Uphold the Discord specific rules.
-Use Mod capabilities to fulfil your in-game responsibilities.
-Apply in-game bans to players that are breaking the rules.
-Apply bans to users that are not following the discord rules.
-Answer user questions to the best of your abilities.
-Help with support tickets.
-Raise any concerning issues to the Admin Team.

Admin Duties
-Roll back instances of griefing or stealing
-Replace stolen items
-Build community projects
-Help with support tickets and anything flagged in admin assistance
-Answer user questions
-Support the mod team
-Uphold the processes and manner of the Helper and Mod teams
-Evaluate and Approve/Decline any requests from the Mod teams.
-With approval from the Head Admin/ Owner (s) the server console can be used.
-The ability to use the season LIVE chat in cases that require emergency intervention
